Role Overview:
The Temenos Project Coordinator will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Edge Finance and Temenos for all ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Temenos operations from a project management perspective, ensuring smooth coordination between business users, internal IT, and Temenos support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Edge Finance and Temenos for all functional and technical communications.
- Coordinate change requests, issue escalations, and periodic updates with Temenos.
- Oversee post-implementation support, upgrades, and minor enhancement projects.
- Facilitate UAT, testing, and validation of changes before production rollout.
- Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and SLAs with Temenos.
- Prepare and share periodic status reports and review dashboards with management.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and support requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–6 years of experience in Temenos (T24 / Transact) – preferably in post-implementation coordination or support roles.
- Strong understanding of core banking operations (Accounts, Loans, Payments, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to handle vendor coordination, project tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
