Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
- Drive sales, profitability, and achieve business targets across the assigned area.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
- Monitor outlet performance, food cost, labor cost, inventory, and overall operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for smooth business operations.
- Analyze sales reports, prepare MIS, and present action plans for business growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support new outlet openings and ensure successful execution of company initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
