Key Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning: Forecast labor needs and recruit skilled trades, project managers, and site staff for various project timelines.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety protocols, and local labor laws across all active construction sites.
- Payroll & Administration: Oversee site-wise attendance tracking, wage distribution, and benefits tailored to field workers.
- Employee Relations: Manage worker grievances, resolve site disputes, and maintain relations with subcontractors or unions.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 10+ years in HR, with specific project-based or site-management experience in construction
- Education: MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Core Competencies: Knowledge of heavy industry compliance (like PF, ESIC or regional labor acts), conflict resolution, and NWAY ERP
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
