- Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for plywood, laminates, and related building materials.
- Network Expansion: Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, interior contractors, and architects in Bangalore.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
