Job Description: Area Sales Manager – Air Conditioners
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to handle the Air Conditioner business. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the assigned region through B2B, Channel, Corporate, institutional, and government project channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales of Air Conditioners in the assigned area.
- Handle B2B and corporate sales, including government projects, institutions, dealers, and bulk buyers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from corporate customers, contractors, consultants, and government departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, distributors, and project customers.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, tenders, and project orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock availability, dispatch, installation, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in Air Conditioners, HVAC, consumer durables, electronics, or related products will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of B2B, corporate, institutional, or government project sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
