We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Officer to oversee on-site facility management operations and ensure smooth service delivery at client locations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, team coordination ability, and experience handling housekeeping, security, maintenance, or manpower operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Visit client sites regularly and monitor daily operations
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff
- Ensure proper attendance, grooming, and discipline of deployed manpower
- Coordinate with clients for operational requirements and issue resolution
- Conduct inspections and maintain service quality standards
- Prepare daily/weekly field reports and submit updates to management
- Handle emergency situations and escalate issues when required
- Support recruitment and deployment activities when needed
Requirements:-
- 1–3 years of experience in facility management or field operations must
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage teams and client relationships
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
