Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PIM Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in Product Information Management, catalog management and merchandising. The ideal candidate should have strong PIM expertise, excellent stakeholder-management skills and the ability to independently manage catalog operations, data quality and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day catalog management including products, product models, variants, categories, attributes and reference entities.
Act as the primary PIM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for catalog, data and user-related issues.
Create data profiling reports, analyze data quality and perform root-cause analysis.
Partner with Merchandising, Site Merchandising, eCommerce and Engineering teams.
Conduct business workshops, gather requirements and translate them into scalable PIM solutions.
Support catalog readiness and eCommerce site launches.
Independently manage business stakeholders and drive issues through resolution.
Provide operational support to teams across Australia, South Korea, Japan and Europe.
Manage working hours effectively to maximize regional collaboration and timely support.
Provide clear recommendations and take ownership of initiatives with minimal supervision.
Required Skills
10+ years of professional experience.
Merchandising experience – Mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with PIM / Product Information Management platforms.
Expertise in catalog management, products, variants, categories, attributes and reference data.
Strong knowledge of data profiling, data quality and root-cause analysis.
Strong PIM domain and eCommerce/catalog management knowledge.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage requirements, issues and business initiatives.
Experience working with global / cross-regional teams is preferred.
Strong ownership, analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
