Office Cum Admin Manager
Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow.
- Supervise administrative and support staff.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and staff schedules.
- Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities.
- Handle vendor coordination, office purchases, and inventory management.
- Monitor office expenses, petty cash, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payments and records.
- Ensure timely availability of office supplies and resources.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Maintain office safety and security procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration or office management.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
