Job Title: R&D Trainee (Research & Development)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an R&D Trainee to support the Research & Development team in formulation development, trials, and documentation. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in product development and laboratory practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulation development of new products
- Support in conducting trials, experiments, and sample preparation
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and observations
- Assist in stability studies and product evaluations
- Ensure proper documentation as per regulatory and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
- Follow SOPs, safety, and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with QA/QC for testing and validation activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and documentation
- Understanding of formulation concepts (preferred)
