Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, promoting Lampzon's lighting products, and converting inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
- Generate new sales opportunities through telephonic interactions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
