Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing software solutions within enterprise procurement and supply chain environments.
- Ability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect SAP Ariba with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP Ariba modules.
- Good understanding of software lifecycle management and version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
