GOLD Jewellery casting - Fire Assay Master is responsible for ensuring the purity and authenticity of precious metals, primarily gold and silver. Key responsibilities include:
- Sample Preparation: Crushing, grinding, and mixing samples with fluxes for testing.
- Furnace Operation: Operating high-temperature furnaces to melt and refine metal samples.
- Assaying: Determining the precise purity of metal samples using chemical analysis techniques.
- Quality Control: Ensuring accuracy through proper calibration of equipment and routine checks of assay results.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all assay procedures and results.
- This role requires expertise in fire assay techniques, quality control procedures, and compliance with industry standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
