Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and promote the company's products or services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- BE (Mechanical, Chemical etc.) MBA in Business/Marketing is preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Lead generation and business development.
- Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
