Key Responsibilities
Responsible for helping the project manager to deliver projects spanning multiple business units. The PMO will provide guidance policies and processes, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs plan, managing cost, resources, etc.
- Function as key contact point between Vietnam business functions and workstreams and country & regional PMO to:
- Provide operational support for day-to-day activities.
- Disseminate employee change management updates for Vietnam to regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate help and activities needed between region & Vietnam stakeholders.
- Oversees the running and communication of two banks functions involved for all employee change management related activities required for legal day 1 including.
- Ensure relevant parties report status and progress of overall activities for onboarding, business readiness and communication.
- Assist in the drafting of periodic updates to management.
- Assess and escalate any activities that are delayed or may be at risk of being delayed.
Qualification & Experience required
- Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence with analytical/problem solving ability
- Demonstrated at least 6 years of experience in project management office with the focus on financial services
- Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Good English skills
