JusPlay is a fast-growing toy rental and party play area business. We specialize in delivering joy through high-quality weekly toy rentals and fully managed party setups. We are looking for a highly organized and empathetic Customer Success Executive to be the front-line voice of our business and ensure our operations run smoothly.
The Role
You will be the bridge between our customers and our operations team. This role requires someone who loves solving problems, is comfortable chatting with customers all day, and has the attention to detail required to manage e-commerce backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-Line Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for our customers via our WhatsApp API chatbot, answering queries about toy inventory, rental terms, and party packages.
- Order Management: Manually create, process, and track customer orders in our Shopify backend to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Logistics Coordination: Interface directly with our ground operations and delivery teams to ensure every toy rental and party setup is delivered and executed exactly to the customer’s request.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer feedback, delayed delivery scenarios, and complaints gracefully, applying our business policies while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
What We Are Looking For
- Attitude: Empathetic, patient, and highly accountable. You don't panic when things go wrong; you find solutions.
- Skills: Strong written communication in English for WhatsApp chatting. Ability to multitask!
- Knowledge: Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital communication tools. Prior experience in customer support or order fulfillment is a strong plus.
