Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HIS / EMR / LIMS / Billing software
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Provide user support (L1/L2) to hospital staff
- Train new employees on software usage
- Coordinate with management for updates and maintenance
- Support implementation of new modules and system upgrades
- Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity
- Generate MIS reports, billing reports, and audit data
- Support NABH and other compliance documentation
- Understand and improve clinical and administrative workflows
- Maintain data security and patient confidentiality
- Ensure regular system backup and recovery processes
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
