- Manage the MD's calendar — meetings, appointments, and scheduling
- Handle the MD's correspondence — emails, letters, and follow-ups
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track action items to closure
- Coordinate between the MD and all department heads for information and follow-ups
- Manage confidential documents and records on behalf of the MD
- Track and follow up on the MD's decisions and action items across departments
- Support the MD with presentations, briefs, and reports as required
- Handle special assignments and operational tasks delegated by the MD from time to time
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred)
- 3–6 years as an Executive Assistant / Secretary to senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong proficiency in MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organisational, follow-up, and multitasking skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across teams
- Prior experience in BFSI / NBFC is an added advantage
