Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Django (Python Web Development) Mentor to train, guide, and mentor interns on real-time web development projects. The mentor will be responsible for delivering structured training, assigning practical tasks, and supporting students throughout their internship and project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Python fundamentals and Django framework
Teach MVC/MVT architecture, ORM, REST APIs, authentication, and deployment basics
Assign hands-on tasks, mini-projects, and real-time project work
Mentor interns on coding standards, debugging, and best practices
Review assignments, provide feedback, and track student progress
Assist students with project implementation, reports, and presentations
Support final project demo and submission
Technical Skills Required
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Hands-on experience with Django framework
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Basic knowledge of Git, REST APIs, and deployment
Familiarity with Agile or project-based development is a plus
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science or related field
Freshers with strong Django skills are welcome, or
1+ year experience in web development / training / mentoring
Good communication and presentation skills
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and technology training
