Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Cooking
- Assist in preparing mise-en-place for assigned sections (grill, sauté, cold kitchen, etc.).
- Cook and plate Continental dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure food portions and quality are maintained consistently.
- Support senior chefs during service periods for smooth and timely operations.
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared food items.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are used safely and maintained in good condition.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and uphold hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Report any shortages or maintenance issues to the Chef de Partie.
Quality & Hygiene
- Follow HACCP, FSSAI, and restaurant hygiene protocols at all times.
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene as per kitchen standards.
Teamwork & Coordination
Work collaboratively with other kitchen sections (Indian, Bakery, Pantry, etc.) to ensure timely service
- Communicate effectively with service staff for special requests or modifications.
- Learn continuously from senior chefs and participate in training sessions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
