We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, mentor sales teams, and expand our presence in domestic and international markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities from domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and convert high-value prospects into long-term customers.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, exporters, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Business Development Executives.
- Review sales pipelines and assist team members in closing strategic deals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective lead management and follow-up processes across the team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
International Business Development
- Explore and develop opportunities in export markets including the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America.
- Coordinate with overseas customers and partners.
- Understand international trade practices and customer expectations.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Recommend new strategies to improve sales performance and customer acquisition.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Provide market feedback for product improvements and service enhancements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support for new customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in the ceramic, tiles, construction materials, or B2B industry.
- Proven experience in handling domestic and international sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
