JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an HR & Compliance Manager for our security services company who can handle complete HR operations along with statutory compliance and payroll. The role involves managing a large number of security guards and staff deployed at different sites and making sure everything is running smoothly as per labor laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Statutory Compliance
- Handle all compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other labor laws
- Manage PF & ESI registrations, filings, challans, and returns
- Take care of labor licenses, CLRA compliance, and renewals
- Deal with inspections and keep all documents ready
Payroll Management
- Handle monthly payroll for guards, supervisors, and office staff
- Calculate salary, overtime, deductions, PF, ESI, and other components
- Manage salary transfers, and employee queries
- Handle full & final settlements (F&F), and leave encashment
HR Operations
- Manage complete employee cycle
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
- Handle bulk hiring for guards and other staff
- Take care of onboarding, documentation, and basic HR processes
Audit & Reporting
- Prepare regular MIS and compliance reports
- Support internal and external audits
- Make sure all data and documents are always updated and ready
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
