We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele-caller to join our team and help boost sales by reaching out to existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential customers by telephone to introduce and promote company products or services.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and service offerings.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain and regularly update customer and prospect contact lists.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Record customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Location - Udaipur (Raj.)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
