Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Support lead generation and online marketing activities.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts.
- Assist with basic SEO and website optimization tasks.
- Research market trends and competitors.
- Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams.
- Learn and use digital marketing tools as part of daily work.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Tamil.
- Basic content writing skills.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
- Interest in lead generation and online branding.
