Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional to handle both Human Resources and Business Development activities. The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management. This role is ideal for MBA graduates seeking exposure to both HR and business functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (50%)Recruitment & Staffing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule technical and management interviews.
- Coordinate recruitment drives and campus hiring activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Employee Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave management, and employee data.
- Support payroll and HR compliance activities.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement programs and events.
- Conduct feedback collection and employee surveys.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
Business Development (50%)Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through online platforms, networking, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads for business opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM databases.
Client Communication
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations.
- Follow up on leads and business opportunities.
Sales Support
- Prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Assist in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
Market Research
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Prepare business development reports.
Pay: ₹12,859.26 - ₹18,165.94 per month
