The Hospital Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. The role involves managing patient registrations, appointments, inquiries, and front-desk operations while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors and departments.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
- Guide patients to appropriate departments and services.
- Handle billing-related queries and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies.
- Support administrative and front-office operations as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of hospital management systems preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Customer-service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Experience:1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare front-office role preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
