Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient and personalized service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's stay. This includes handling luggage assistance, transportation arrangements etc.,
- Creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere at the front desk, and striving to exceed guest expectations
- Overseeing reservation procedures, room assignments, and inventory control to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinating with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Responding to guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing special requests promptly and effectively.
- Preparing daily reports, analyzing data to identify trends, and contributing to the overall performance of the front office.
- Managing the front desk budget, handling financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy of records.
- Ensuring all front desk operations adhere to the resort's policies and procedures.
- Observing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and offer coaching to improve skills and service delivery
