Audio Visual (AV) Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Audio Visual (AV) industry across corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AV retailers, distributors, contractors, system integrators, consultants, and OEM partners to expand the company's business network.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of AV products and technologies to recommend the right solutions for customer requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates for AV projects.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle—from lead generation and solution design to project execution and after-sales support.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead identification, customer meetings, requirement gathering, solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.
- Source competitive pricing and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies, products, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Support project implementation by coordinating equipment procurement, logistics, installation schedules, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure successful project handover and provide ongoing after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, coordinating warranty services, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with management to develop and execute business growth strategies and achieve sales and profitability targets.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
