We are looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Executive cum IT Analyst to manage technical support, ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and assist with data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, good English communication and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Monitor IT systems and perform basic server administration and backups.
- Handle hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist with Windows and basic Linux system management.
- Analyze system data and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows OS (basic Linux knowledge preferred).
- Basic networking and firewall concepts.
- Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers).
- Basic knowledge of MySQL & PHP (preferred).
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Shift Details
- Day rotational shifts.
- 6 days working (as per business requirement).
