Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible EVA Moulding Operator to join our Production Team. The candidate will be responsible for operating EVA moulding machines, maintaining production quality, achieving daily production targets, and ensuring smooth machine operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor EVA moulding machines as per production requirements.
- Set and adjust machine parameters for proper moulding.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to required quality standards.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, timing, and other machine parameters.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report major issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production targets and minimize rejection and wastage.
- Conduct regular quality checks during the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and other team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in EVA moulding / EVA footwear production will be preferred.
- Knowledge of EVA moulding machines and production processes.
- Ability to understand basic machine operations and settings.
- Good attention to quality and production output.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
Experience
0-1 years in EVA moulding or a related manufacturing field preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
