Founded and led by Ms. Ranjana Kent, a RERA-registered real estate professional, the company has spent 12 years helping people find the right homes, investments and property opportunities across Mumbai.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking to strengthen our digital presence while continuing to deliver the personalised service and market expertise that have helped us grow over the years.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, creative and commercially aware individual who is interested in digital marketing, business development, client engagement and real estate growth.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the founder and core team across both digital growth initiatives and day-to-day business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Growth & Marketing
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant digital platforms
- Plan, create and edit reels, stories and social media posts
- Build and maintain content calendars
- Write captions, basic scripts and content ideas
- Research competitors, real estate trends and project launches across Mumbai
- Support SEO and local discoverability initiatives
- Use AI tools to automate tasks, support research, organise work and improve productivity
- Help organise testimonials, reviews and project-related content
- Support Meta Ads and campaign planning initiatives
- Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help translate offline credibility into online trust
Business Development & Client Coordination
- Generate and qualify leads for rental and purchase properties
- Make introductory cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp and email
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options under team guidance
- Maintain lead trackers, client databases and follow-up records
- Coordinate client meetings and site visits
- Support project launches and promotional activities
- Assist with client documentation, invoices and payment-related coordination
- Support property registration coordination under team guidance
- Stay updated on market trends, project launches and competitor activity
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
Who We're Looking For:
Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Communications or related graduates are preferred.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy creating content and understanding what drives engagement
- Are comfortable using Instagram, Facebook and digital platforms
- Have experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Can edit reels and short-form videos
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are organised and comfortable maintaining trackers and schedules
- Are interested in marketing, real estate and business growth
- Are comfortable speaking with clients and handling follow-ups
- Can use AI tools effectively while still communicating in your own voice
- Are curious, proactive and willing to learn
- Are comfortable working in a pet-friendly office environment
Experience & Portfolio:
You do not need 4-5 years of experience to apply.
We care more about curiosity, ownership and willingness to learn than years of experience.

Important Before You Apply:

- The work week is 6 days a week, with Monday as the weekly holiday
