- Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
- Understand student profiles, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Explain course features, curriculum, certifications, career outcomes, and fee structures.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and seminars.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with academic, operations, and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct career guidance sessions and educational seminars in colleges or centers.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to students and parents.
