Genimart is a fast-growing fashion sourcing and e-commerce company specializing in trendy apparel and wholesale solutions. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to drive online sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate business.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage customer inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support promotional campaigns and online sales initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, E-commerce Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the fashion, apparel, retail, or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software or order management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
