Job Summary
VIP Academy is looking for an experienced SAP Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and online training. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience and the ability to mentor students through real-time projects, interview preparation, and certification guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training in one or more SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HCM, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM, Basis, SuccessFactors).
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct live projects, case studies, and hands-on sessions.
- Guide students in SAP certification preparation.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Conduct mock interviews and placement training.
- Keep course content updated with the latest SAP technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in at least one SAP module.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in classroom or online training is an advantage.
- Knowledge of real-time implementation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
- SAP Certification is preferred.
- 2+ years of SAP implementation or training experience.
