Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Express.js Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Node.js, Express.js, database design, and backend best practices, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js & Express.js
· Build and optimize RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
· Integrate and manage databases (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
· Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, role-based access)
· Ensure high performance, availability, and security of applications
· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
· Review code and mentor junior developers when required
· Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams
Key Requirements:
· Strong understanding of REST API design principles
· Hands-on experience with MongoDB or SQL databases
· Experience with JWT authentication and API security best practices,OAuth
· Proficiency in asynchronous programming (async/await, promises)
· Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
· Good problem-solving and debugging skills
· Knowledge of Firebase (Crashlytics, FCM, Analytics)
· Good knowledge in Socket.IO
· Proficiency in Azure
· Understanding in CI/CD
· Good knowledge of JavaScript(ES6)
