About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Service Engineer to support our growing business across the Railway, Industrial, Renewable Energy, Material Handling, and Electric Vehicle sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, commissioning, and maintaining electrical products while ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and delivering excellent after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Diagnose, repair, and perform warranty replacement of defective products.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, product failures, and corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and field service activities at customer sites.
- Carry out testing and validation of electrical equipment on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Provide technical support during product installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and installation guidelines.
- Travel to customer locations across India to provide on-site support.

Required Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in electrical service engineering or after-sales support.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience handling customer complaints and technical service.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in repairing switchgear or similar electrical systems.
- Experience in testing electrical equipment and field troubleshooting.
- Exposure to industrial, railway, renewable energy, or EV applications is preferred.
Technical Skills
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of:
- Switchgear components such as contactors, disconnectors, and connectors.
- Repair and maintenance of electrical switchgear products.
- Control and power wiring diagrams.
- Electrical testing and troubleshooting techniques.
- Communication protocols and field-level integration.
- Installation and commissioning practices.
- Cable laying standards, earthing systems, and crimping techniques.
- Electrical safety procedures and industry standards.

Pay: ₹8,734.74 - ₹33,558.28 per month
