Job Summary
Shree Balaji Engicons Limited (SBEL) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for our construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and deploying employees across multiple project sites while ensuring timely manpower availability as per site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for staff, operators, drivers, technicians, supervisors, engineers, and site workforce.
- Coordinate with Site In-Charges and Department Heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Maintain and monitor site-wise employee strength and vacancies.
- Verify manpower requisitions received from sites and obtain management approvals before initiating recruitment.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through online portals, databases, references, consultants, and field recruitment drives.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening, telephonic interviews, and initial assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage candidate selection, offer discussions, joining formalities, and deployment to project sites.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate joining documentation, employee records, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and Site Teams regarding employee movements, replacements, resignations, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, Crusher, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning and site manpower management.
- Experience in handling bulk hiring and field recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to assess manpower requirements and prioritize hiring.
- Knowledge of employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Experience in multi-location recruitment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
