Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
- LLB from a recognised university is mandatory; LLM preferred.
- Valid enrolment with the Bar Council of Karnataka (or any State Bar Council with eligibility to practice in
Karnataka).
- Additional certifications in arbitration, real estate law, or construction law are an advantage.
Experience

- Minimum 10–12 years of legal practice with a significant focus on real estate litigation, property law, or
infrastructure disputes.
- Experience working in-house with a real estate developer or in a law firm with a strong real estate /
construction litigation practice.
- Hands-on experience handling matters before Karnataka High Court, RERA Karnataka, City Civil
Courts, and consumer forums.
- Demonstrated experience managing land title disputes, acquisition challenges, and multi-party property
litigation.
- Working knowledge of Karnataka-specific property and revenue laws: Karnataka Land Reforms Act,
Karnataka Land Revenue Act, Registration Act, Transfer of Property Act, and RERA.
- Prior exposure to arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is strongly
preferred.
- Experience managing a panel of external advocates and coordinating complex, multi-forum litigation simultaneously.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
