Job Title: Telecaller
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to promote our software products and services, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate will interact with potential clients, explain software solutions, and schedule demos or meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses/clients to promote software products (ERP, CRM, apps, etc.)
- Handle inbound inquiries related to software services
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable software solutions
- Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales/technical team
- Schedule product demos, meetings, or presentations
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects for conversions
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Com, or any relevant field preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic understanding of software/IT services (training can be provided)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to explain technical products in simple language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT/software sales or telecalling
- Knowledge of SaaS products, ERP systems, or mobile/web applications
