We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer calls, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote travel packages and generate bookings.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Upsell travel products and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of telecalling experience (Travel industry preferred).
- Candidates with telecalling experience in Insurance or Banking with a strong sales background can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM knowledge is an added advantage).
- Good telephone etiquette and a passion for sales.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
