Job Summary
Jewel Casa is looking for an organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, content, events, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily marketing activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements, content, and creatives.
- Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social media content, posts, creatives, and campaign schedules.
- Support webinars, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign details, and activity records.
- Track assigned marketing activities and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and maintaining campaign data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic office tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with teams, designers, agencies, and vendors.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Candidates with relevant marketing coordination experience will be preferred.
