Job Summary
The Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring product availability in the retail showroom. The role requires close coordination with the warehouse, sales team, and procurement department to maintain inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock availability in the showroom.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/POS system.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
- Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse and showroom.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of products.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability.
- Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Support periodic physical stock audits.
- Ensure damaged or defective products are properly recorded and reported.
- Maintain inventory documentation and filing records.
- Follow company policies for inventory control and stock management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas).
- Experience with ERP/POS software is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Retail showroom experience (Furniture, Electronics, Home Appliances, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in stock management, inventory reconciliation, or warehouse operations.

Working Conditions

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
