The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and prior experience handling US customers through voice, chat, and messaging channels. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support to US-based customers via phone, chat, and messaging platforms.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet or exceed established service quality, response time, and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably supporting US clients.
- Hands-on experience in voice, chat, and messaging support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools/CRM platforms.
- Willingness to work from the office and align with business shift requirements.

Pay: ₹25,363.87 - ₹45,930.08 per month
