Job Profile – Service Engineer (UV & DTF Printing Machines) – Tiruppur
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Service Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of UV / DTF Printing Machines.
The engineer will handle machine installation, commissioning, customer training, and technical support in the Tiruppur region. The candidate should be willing to travel within Tiruppur and nearby areas as per service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of UV/ DTF Printing Machines at customer sites.
Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing the company's range of printing machinery.
Attending breakdown calls and resolving issues to minimize machine downtime.
Providing customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
Advising customers regarding spare parts and maintenance schedules.
Coordinating with the Relationship Manager for site visits and customer requirements.
Maintaining proper service reports and documentation.
Ensuring professional and friendly interaction with customers.
Requirements
Experience in service or maintenance of industrial / printing machinery.
Knowledge of electrical and electronics systems.
Flexible and willing to travel within Tiruppur and nearby regions.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0 to 5 years in machine service, installation, or maintenance.
Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical.
Industry: Industrial Products / Printing Machinery / Heavy Machinery.
