We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, and other HR operations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
