Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records accurately.
- Generate and process sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Prepare GST workings and coordinate with the CA for GST filings.
- Assist in TDS calculations, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up for payments.
- Process employee reimbursements and petty cash expenses.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Administration
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers.
- Handle office purchases and inventory management.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and logistics arrangements.
- Manage courier services, dispatches, and incoming correspondence.
- Ensure office facilities and equipment are maintained properly.
- Support HR and management in administrative activities as required.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain proper filing and record management systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports periodically.
