Job Summary
The Sales Assistant will support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills, along with knowledge of jewellery products and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales operations and client management.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery products.
- Timely order processing and execution.
- Accuracy of sales reports and documentation.
- Coordination effectiveness with internal departments.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Support key account management activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
Repair Work
- Contact Client and understand repair requirement.
- Share estimate cost with client.
- Get client Approval, Share payment regarding video.
- Update Client once repair item ready & ask for payment.
- Receive payment from client tell to CRM person for delivery.
- Update Repair order data.
- Update Selling Amount.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
