Designation: Software Tester
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: Monday to Saturday ( 10Am to 7Pm )
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Job summary: As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within our software development lifecycle. Your role involves designing and executing complex test scenarios and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will use your expertise to identify issues early, recommend solutions, and contribontinuous improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.
- Work closely with developers to verify and validate defect fixes.
- Enhance existing automation frameworks and processes to increase efficiency and coverage.
- Identify and recommend improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Should have hand on Click up, postman and Jira.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior QA staff.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
