Inside Sales Engineer – HVAC Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Engineer to support our sales team by generating leads, identifying new project opportunities, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients and consultants.
The role involves market research, project tracking, email outreach, calls and coordination with the field sales team for industrial HVAC projects across sectors such as Pharma, Food, Healthcare, Chemical, and Automobile industries.
This position plays a critical role in strengthening our sales pipeline and expanding our client network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new industrial project opportunities through portals, industry news, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Generate and maintain a database of potential clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and project managers.
- Send introduction emails, company profiles, and technical information to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to build relationships with prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling meetings and sharing qualified leads.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline data and project tracking sheets.
- Monitor tender portals and project portals for relevant HVAC opportunities.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and company information for clients.
- Maintain proper documentation of inquiries, follow-ups, and client communications.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Ability to conduct online research and identify decision-makers.
- Comfortable with email communication, calls, LinkedIn networking, and follow-ups.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial projects or HVAC systems will be an advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates from engineering sales or technical support background will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in inside sales, technical sales support, or lead generation.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
