At Nutech Engineering Technologies Ltd., a 50 year engineering company based in Mumbai, we are building a new generation team across engineering, sales, marketing and operations — and we need someone who can help us identify, attract and recruit talented individuals.
If you enjoy speaking to people, evaluating potential, and building strong teams, this role will suit you well.
What You Will Do
- Post and manage job listings on hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial candidate conversations
- Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
- Work closely with leadership on hiring requirements
- Assist with onboarding coordination

- Strong communication skills
- Good judgement when evaluating people
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using hiring portals and LinkedIn
- Ability to follow up and close hiring processes efficiently
- Enjoy interacting with people and identifying talent
