About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our clients' online visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have experience in on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for client websites.
- Optimize website content, metadata, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Build and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and site performance problems.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports for clients and management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of SEO experience (agency or outsourcing environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and SEO best practices.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
